Stories in my head

I always have these stories in my head that I always think about with me in them like I'm an emperor ruling the world of a mafia enforcer and whatnot. The thing is not only do I think of these with me in them but I create tons of characters and storylines and everything and as soon as I'm alone and bored I always think about it like deeply and it would look make me look weird if someone walked in kinda. Is it normal?

    yes I think it is , I do this too! I've created a whole world inside my head and it's really nice, helps me cope up with everyday life cause like i have somewhere to run to. sometimes, i even don't want to take up so long in the shower or in the toilet cause that will make me start thinking and create stories in my head XD

    you should really write it down, it's nice to see it on paper :)

    I do the exact same thing! I make up frickin amazing stories, but Im always distracted by something which annoys me alot!

    I would say this sounds pretty normal, especially if you read a lot or watch a lot of tv/movies. Often I narrate my life in my head, or imagine how situations would go if my life was a sitcom.
