I sometimes feel that i pass stomach gas during my sleep. and i wake up after passing gas..Is it normal?????

    i love it! this one time i was in the middle of company, and i felt the need to start smiling and then started laughing... the only reason i came up with was the cake was delicous and i was some nervous? but most of time time, its real common to laugh at random time for NO reason! (:
