Still nervous?
I've been going to school for a month at my new school. I'm still super nervous the night before I go to school. I feel anxious and I can't sleep even though I've been going to the school for a month now. Is that normal?

I use to be the same way. Exercise does help a lot, I use to bikeride around my neighborhood before dark and I'd be too tired to even think and I'd fall right to sleep without any stressful thoughts.
Beside that, I suggest talking it out with a parent of friend, or make new friends at school to make it less stressful and more of a pleasant experience to go to everyday.
i have the same problem. you just need to be yourself, make some friends, & join a club. also, exercise helps anxiety.
Just be yourself and things will turn around. Remember the saying "its only a worry if you let it worry you"
A month is not a long time. Usually at 3 months it gets better.. Chin up!
