  • lol, that's the cutest thing I've ever seen.

They don't feel (quote) ALL CUDDLY! Real sound, professional scientific article. It even states that it affects men differently, not that it has no effect whatsoever.

The relationship between oxytocin and human sexual response is unclear. At least two uncontrolled studies have found increases in plasma oxytocin at orgasm – in both men and women. Oxytocin evokes feelings of contentment, reductions in anxiety, and feelings of calmness and security around the mate in both males and females.[23] Many studies have already shown a correlation of oxytocin with human bonding, increases in trust, and decreases in fear. One study confirmed a positive correlation between oxytocin plasma levels and an anxiety scale measuring the adult romantic attachment.[24] This suggests oxytocin may be important for the inhibition of the brain regions associated with behavioral control, fear, and anxiety, thus allowing orgasm to occur.

    • Did you notice that none of that answers anything. You post all that pointless shit and I found it in one sentence.

I said men don't have the bonding effect, and they don't.

"testosterone is released at the same time, and it blocks the bonding effect of oxytocin."

      • That's... scientifically false.

You can argue against science until you're blue in the face.

        I'm siding with science.

        • It's not false. You actually haven't given a answer yet, you just posted different "theories" you found.

"testosterone is released at the same time, and it blocks the bonding effect of oxytocin."

Is a scientific fact and you disagreed with that, so you are most certainly not siding with science. You haven't even said anything.
