    Your roommate has the right to come, and go from the dorm whenever he pleases just like you do. He's doesn't owe it to you to leave the dorm he's also paying to stay at so you can get laid.

    You need to find someplace else to go if you're gonna mess with this girl, but if you do please know that you are probably helping her cheat on some guy, because people don't continue generally live with their exes post breakup.

    If this girl is still living with her ex then she's not available. Honestly, the roommate is doing you a favor, because she's probably still with her so called ex.

      She lives in the same apartment with separate beds than him and if she tells me shes not cheating and it turns out she is that is on her not on me.

      My friend can and will give me the damn room and I have given it to him before many times even before when he was doing stuff I didn't approve of.

      Me and him are for the most part good friends and do all sorts of things for eachother so why isn't it fair if he does for me what I've done for him countless times?

      I mean he already reluctantly agreed to give me a few hours tommorow and I'm kind of his only friend so I can and will manipulate him into being fair with me. I'm going to get my damn room when I want it.
