As far as Im concerned if you take steroids you are lacking intelligence. Its in the same category as heroin and meth ie I value my life and brain too much to ever go down that road. I also do not allow the toxic pressures of the media and culture to dictate how I feel about my body. If youre using steroids you obviously have an inferiority complex and unhealthy body image. Fix those two things then you wont need steroids.
Doesnt matter how much you disagree. Doesnt change the facts. In the last year alone I can recall several incidents in which steroid users went on a shooting rampage ending in their own death. One happened here just last week. The police had to shoot him 20 times.
Roid rage is a well known documented side effect. Doesnt effect the brain? Really? Being a great athlete has nothing to do with drugs. Did the original olympians shoot up steroids? Absolutely not. If you have to do this to be an athlete then youre in the wrong sport. There is nothing great or admirable about it. Besides the fact that many men arent even doing it for that reason anyway. Theyre doing it for vanity ie for purely aesthetic reasons. You sound like a typical drug addict making excuses to justify your addiction.
You have links to this research or just pulling it out your arse? I suspect the latter. You have everything else up there. Heroin and meth very physically addictive, steroids very psychologically addictive not to mention that your body will shut down testosterone production so you will need to keep taking.

Steroids are for people who want to be great athletes, it has nothing to do with intelligence.
Second, they don't wreck your brain
Third, they don't wreck your body and have a very small impact on all cause mortality if used properly.
Fourth, wanting to look better is not an unhealthy body image.
