Normal yes more so these days. When you go out and buy some NEW panties you will see they are not cheap. Go to a thrift store and get your own or talk to a trusted female friend. Now, you probably realize or are wondering about it. Congratulations you are probably a crossdresser in the making. I started at age 13, I never just stole panties. My sister used to let me try out, wear and even keep things she had. At least be nice and explain it to a female and ask her for her unwanted or out sized things. Or go buy your own. I have been given many many things, I have bought many off Craigslist. If you get caught stealing panties, word will spread like a wildfire and the embarrassment will last a long time. There are understanding females out there somewhere, talk to them ahead of time thru email, (make one up that has no clue to who you are, and explain in email to the females that you are a crossdresser and would like to avoid embarrassing situations). Many times they don't care as long as you pay for the items you are wanting from her. But stop stealing, you will get caught sooner or later.
