Staying clean by enema

Giving yourself constant enemas can mess up the flora in your colon.

Be sure to buy an enama kit and follow the directions! I recommend enams as a method of ridding the body of toxins when following an alternative cancer protocol. That is one of my interests and have saved three lives so far.

One word of caution. Do not hang the enama bag too high up. You want the solution to flow into the colon not pressure its way in. I suggest laying on the bathroom floor and placing the emama bag on the bathroom counter. Turn the flow off when you feel getting full. Don't leave the flow going until you are ready to burst. Leave the solution in for as long as you can then well you know....evacuate.

And if you decide on any ass play be sure your male partner wears a condom. Just common sense for both of your protection.

You just need to do it when you know or expect to have anal sex. It's not hard and you should probably do it twice in succession to make sure you're clean. I know this from experience! Have fun!
