A bottle of wine over a day is not that much, believe me. My Italian greatgrandmother who is 105 years old drinks wine on a regular basis and I can ensure you that she is not an alcoholic.
Reckless drinking involves mixing lots of different alcoholic beverages and ending up being physically sick. Even then, you cannot consider yourself an alcoholic unless you start doing it on a regular basis and become addicted to it.
