I think a lot of people are misunderstanding this question and getting overemotional.
she isn't a bad person for secretly wishing her boyfriend would pick up smoking, that's just a feeling and you can't really do anything about it. however, if I'm wrong and you are actively trying to get your boyfriend to pick up the habit with you, well then yeah that's kinda fucked up.
tl;dr it's normal to feel that way but it's wrong to act on that feeling by trying to convince someone to pick up your unhealthy habit.
