I get like this at night too sometimes but usually about supernatural shit like demons or aliens. Like sometimes, I'll think I hear spaceships out my window but I know there aren't really any. Sometimes, I get paranoid about other weird stuff too like demons and ghosts and stuff
sounds at night scare me.
