Sould i start wearing vog masks?

So I was diagnosed with arthritis when this year and I have had symptoms for about 2 years now, and since starting to have symptoms my immune system has gone to shit, I used to never ever get sick, but now I get sick all the time, most recently, my sister had a cold for 2 days and I caught it and had it for 3 whole months, I get sick if anyone coughs near me in public, or sneezes, so should I just start wearing vog masks to prevent this happening or is there possibly something more serious happening?

    Does your doctor know about this? Otherwise you should consult him. Btw I think the mask is a nice idea
