[Like you mentioned, that females allegedly tend to waver around the average intelligence index, while males are more likely to fair either below average or significantly above average] BUT he said it haphazardly, and it made little sense. Beside the matter, there's no conclusive evidence to argue either of those points.
And since female infanticide has become staggeringly popular, the world population favors males ever so slightly.
