  • That's terribly unfair to the women that have no desire to have children. That just puts us where maternal men are in our society, backwards and improper as opposed to admirable.

    • Women with no children can go to any job they want. I was meaning the married woman.

      • Ah. Well then your plan would still screw me over as you can see, I am married and my husband and I are not yet in the financial position to have children as we are both working our way through college. If I were to settle and have children right now, the rent would not get paid and we would become homeless =/

        • Hmm. Don't take this the wrong way, but perhaps hold off the child idea until you and your husband are in a safe part of life where only one has to work and other can take care of the child?

          • ...the fuck you think I'm trying to do, son?
My husband and I are both working our way through school, so this "traditional gender role" for me as a female being married would not work out, as it would not be financially feasible right now to just drop out of the work force and play good little housewife.

            • I think women should deffinately be able to work and not follow the old gender roles.. and im not saying women shouldnt be allowed to be president or something, im simply saying that i do not feel they would be able to do it as well as a man could.
