when I was ten I had bit my tongue when I was eating chili cheese fries and I mean to the point where my mouth was pooling blood.
while it hurt like hell the blood mixed with the meat cheese Sause and fries left a taste in my mouth that I cant explain but it brought out the flavor
from that point on from time to time I might prick my finger and let blood drip on to food that I have.
there are some foods that I don't do it with and the food has to be meat based or have meat in it.
also food doesn't usually taste as good unless I add some to it nothing can compare without it.
sorry for the rant and I can see how some would think a doctor would be needed but I am careful when it comes to getting my blood.
sometimes i smear my own blood on my food before i eat it
