      • Salt raises blood pressure, and isn't as unhealthy as you may think. Misguided marketers and nutritionists have ruined the perception of salt (but nowhere near what they did to fat).

        Basically, Atkins was right: carbs are bad, and sugar is the white devil—not salt.
