A monogamous relationship is a monotonous relationship whatever the orientation of the people on it. That's what you want and there's nothing wrong with that.
Sometimes people get ideas that bisexuals will need both genders for fulfillment when that's not the case at all. They're just attracted to either gender.
If its you who keeps bringing up the topic then you'll need to find a way to get over it.
But if it's your girlfriend that keeps bringing up the idea of her being intimate with a woman then it sounds like she's not the monogamous type and is looking for a way for her to have a more open relationship.
