Some chest binder advice?

So I got my first chest binder the other day, but it squishes my boobs so they touch all the time and it's really uncomfortable. Is there anything I could do about that?

    Buy, and wear a minimizer bra in your size instead. It's not healthy to bind your breasts like that.

    no . the tighter it is, the more it will hurt.
