Some bugs were appearing on my bed in the daytime

They were round, and they only seemed to appear on my pillows. They also seemed to be very slow, and each time I saw one, I would crush it with my cup. What bugs are they?

    Do you wake up with rashes/bug bites? If so, they might be bedbugs. If not then perhaps it's a carpet beetle?

    Mot enough info. Color would help. Actually color is the most important detail here.
