Drawing porn is actually a good business if you think about it. And don't forget it's just a kid. He/she may not even realise what they are talking about. If it is an older kid, ask why they want that and react depending on their reasoning.
I think porn doesn't completely deserve the bad name it gets, as long as it is explained it's a movie and not the real thing, in order to prevent false expectation about sex, i don't see how can it be harmful.
Off course there is porn, and there is gross crazy, illegal crap. But besides them porn is not that bad - industry like any other. People in it - nowdays - agree to do it, get paid for it, can leave at any given moment...
And drawing it don't even include real people.
Some Hentai even have good plot.
Depending on the type - it's not as terrible.
