So when are we going to be over gay people?

  • Being gay will NEVER be fully accepted. It certainly will never be on the level that normal behavior (heterosexual) will be.

    Thinking otherwise is just ridiculous.

    • Also a different perspective on what Mr. Dick-as-username said here: Stupid people will ALWAYS exist and NEVER die out, so is it wrong or futile to fight for better education?

      • Education or Acceptance? 2 very distinct and different topics. Education isn't indicative of intelligence either as you mentioned "stupid" above. Plenty of highly educated yet very stupid people in the world.

Stupid people make observations about the world around them and allow others to interpret those same observations for them. They follow the herd.

Smart people make observations about the world around them and their interactions with it and rely on their brain to interpret those same observations for them. They don't rely on herd mentality to form their opinions and they certainly don't entertain anyone who tries to tell them the opinion they formed for themselves is "wrong".

        • Where I live, 80+% of people are for gay rights, so that's not even true.
And then again, if the year was 1920 and he'd speak out against black people, he'd have the majority behind him, but that wouldn't mean that he is right. The argument by popular opinion is a weak one even if your statement were true.

          • Unless you are from another planet. Where you live "The Planet Earth" 90%+ people are against homosexual lifestyle.

            • Also let me guess, all these dislikes you're getting are coming from the remaining 10% because obviously only gay people use this site and the rest of earth has abandoned you. Count one extra from me here and there, because it doesn't save my vote for whatever reason. :]

              • I'm not a Facebook/social media weak minded person. I never even paid attention to the likes or dislikes. It won't sway my opinion either way.

Unlike most weak minded sheep, my view does not mirror 'likes' or what ever is going to help gain me acceptance.

Again just shows your immunity against factual statements. Stop lying to yourself already. Also funny how you completely disregarded (misunderstood?) my main point.
