Happy birthday! I know exactly how you feel, but this has been a long-time phenomena for me. It's sad. I don't know what's wrong with people. Excluding some family members, no one can seem to arse themselves to remember my birthday. Thankfully, I gave up celebrating birthdays along with my mother (she says that it has pagan origins). Not celebrating birthdays, especially my own, has given me some peace at mind. I stopped being invited long ago, so what's the point? I think you should say "screw it" and go celebrate your birthday the way you want to. Celebrating a birthday alone can be depressing, but only if you allow it to be. Go do something fun. :)
So tomorrow is my birthday. Nobody seems to give a fuck.
