I think there is a bit of dependency here, and it's not healthy. Sweety love is a beautiful thing but you can't let it get in the way of who you are and what you aspire to be. You need to put yourself first and know that you are making a fine choice. You are the most important person in your life. And that is not being self centered.
Think of the airlines. When you are on an airplane, and the stewardess or annoying voice on the screen is explaining the emergency rules, one of the things they explain is putting on the air mask. They always say put your own mask on first, THEN help the others around you.
You can't expect to be happy with someone else if you can't be happy with yourself. So when you don't get sick to the stomach about the idea of not being together, you are ready for a relationship.
Love is a fickle thing,
but it's not the most IMPORTANT thing,
you are.
SO in love that the thought of losing them makes you sick/passout?
