So i am apparently the hr is this job experience?

So, right now I am doing hiring for my company and posting online Ads to find employees in the local area. I am currently doing two part time jobs and trying to go to school for accounting. So this is what I am wondering. Can I put this down as adequate experience when I try to apply to be a book keeper or try to get an office job.

    Put everything on there. And then when you do the interview come up with a well worded way on how you can apply that knowledge to the new position.
