Nixon, if I am not mistaken, had peace talks with China.
Teddy Roosevelt came close with the Treaty of Portsmouth.
Korean war ended with an armistice and not a treaty.

But by definition of the term, "peace talks", I would have to say no leader of any nation has had "peace talks" with North Korea. Many have been invited, and many have invited, but I do believe this would be the first time North Korea has sat at the same table with any other country talking about peace.
But technically speaking, they arent talking about peace, they are talking about "denuking" and the talks are between North and South Korea with mediators standing by. So Trump isnt having "peace talks" he is playing referee.

    Just my $0.02. Cheers all

    • I'm not Christian, but look at this verse

      1 Thessalonians 5:4

While people are saying, “There is peace and security,” then sudden destruction will come upon them as labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.

President Trump meeting world leaders and the Kim summit could be bringing bible prophecy. I'm scared.
