As someone who has been trying to quit smoking for over 30 years, I find absolutely nothing sexy, attractive or enticing about smoking, smokers or cigarettes. I have spent literally tens of thousands of dollars on everything from hypnosis to aversion therapy, pills, patches and gum. Nothing works.
They are filthy, dirty, stinky, poisonous things that the world would have been better off without (at least me!).
Would you believe dozens, over the last 30 odd years. MD's, shrinks, specialists and quacks; the whole deal.
Actually, I'm 14 days into another effort right now and hoping this time will be the charm. But I'll tell you the truth, the thought that I can never again have another cigarette in my lifetime is so frightening that I almost wish I would get a terminal disease so I could go back to smoking again, guilt free.

Sorry to hear of your struggle. I always feel sad when I see young people lighting up for the first time, since I know it will very likely condemn them to a life of addiction as it has done to you. The fact that alternative nicotine supplies have failed suggests that your problem goes beyond mere chemical dependance. Have you considered trying e-cigarettes?
The fact that I find smoking sexually attractive in females does not mean that I condone or approve of it. It was the oddness of my fetish that compelled me to write this post in the first place.
