Its called an anxiety attack I would take it easy next time and not smoke. What is happening is you get heart palpitations and really nervous right, think you might be having a heart attack? Yup Thats a panic attack and i used to get them all the time when i smoked. Then i quit so i suggest quitting or finding really comfortable places to smoke where you wont feel nervous.
