Smiles are not always contagious
I don't understand that people say that smiles are always contagious, I find that not everyone I smile at smiles back. Why do so many people say that they're ALWAYS contagious?

It depends, if I detect it's a fake smile, I don't smile back. If it's a warm genuine smile, I pepper spray them in their eye's.
The world is sad I'll try to smile if I see someone smiling at me the phrase is more true with kids then adults we've seen more shit. If someone dont smile back they could be dealing with something like the Jessica seybold case in there family. It could also be they are afraid to let go to some degree with can come off as bichy people have there reasons and the world jades us all eventually

Sometimes they are, sometimes not. As for why they say that, I guess they're just repeating what they've heard, even though it's not true.
I hear yawning is contagious. From my experience that is strangely very true.
I've never heard reference to the always part. Just that "smiles are contagious". For the most part it seems true.
