Smelling plaque

I like to smell my teeth plaque. Is that normal?I like scraping it off with my finger nails than sniffing it. I don't know why, but it gives me a weird feeling of like, I dunno nostalgia *shrug*

And I know its not good to have plaques but the moment I get any this is what I do

Is It Normal?

  • Well, technically humans are apes.

  • I just tried doing your idea. My plaque had no smell. The whole experience was kind of under-whelming. Better to use a high speed vibrating toothbrush with good tasting toothpaste. The zesty vibrations provide a more orally erotic experience.

  • Mate, who the fuck voted this shit normal? Are they the same poeple that said it's normal for a man to force a girl to eat his dick cheese? Why can't people take his question seriously. Hell no this ain't normal mate!

    • lol calm down. It is normal for people to have random curiosities. OP isn't doing anything extremely disgusting so how is it abnormal?

      • There is a difference, in my mind at least, between normal and problematic. What OP does isn't going to hurt anyone or himself, but you can't deny that it isn't normal. It's abnormal because I guarantee less than 1 percent of people do it. I do kinky shit that I know is not normal, but if I know it's not going cause any big problems, or at least if I know and understand the risks, I go right ahead. OP can smell plaque all he wants, but it isn't normal. That doenst mean he needs to stop though. Good comment mate you made me think!

  • I get plaque on the bottoms of my teeth. I brush my teeth every day. Don't smell your nasty plaque. That's gross.

  • If you brush your teeth everyday you wont get none

  • I read this as "Smelling plague" and was like, "wtf" (though there is a woman who can smell a certain sickness). But smelling plaque? That's normal imo.

  • No

  • Really? What does it smell like?

  • I still do it. If I'm flossing prior to brushing my teeth, sometimes I'll scrape and collect chunks of it on the flosser's toothpick end.

I enjoy examining it under a light and testing the texture between my fingertips.

Doing this is normal, I feel. As with most self exploration, it's healthy enough as long as you don't fixate on it or use it to gross people out or seek attention.
