Smell during bm

I noticed a few months ago when I was having rather painful BM I was holding my stomach. When I removed my arms they smelled like feces. I've noticed everytime since then. If I touch my lower abdomen, inner thigh or penis it smells like feces. No feces has gotten on any of those areas.
