Small hole above anus?

Last year I found out that I was bleeding somewhere on my butt, turns out I had a small hole above my butt crack. I went to the doctors and they prescribed me some antibacterial liquid to rub on it, I did it for a few weeks and eventually it stopped bleeding and itching.

I ran out of the stuff like 6 months ago and just yesterday I found out I've began bleeding pink blood from the hole again, it's also itchy and uncomfortable to sit on.

I'm gonna go back to the doctors but does this mean It'll never go away? Will I have to rub that ointment on my butt forever

Is It Normal?

    There may have been some pylonidal cyst before, or something? And no, having to do that all your life is out of the question. You'll be fine.

      Was going to say it sounds like a sebaceous cyst. Have the doctor remove the sac and it wont return.

    I have the same exact problem, and I use a bidet. So it's not a hygiene issue at least.
