i am 18 and my step dad (mum's boyfriend)is 26 my mum is a cougar because she is 48 anyways she has only been with him for 2 years but one night i was going out to a party ands i was wearing a short black shirt and a white blouse with black lingerie on my mum didn't have a problem with this but my mum's boyfriend was struggling to control him self.so he walked me to the door a few words were exchanged ..
he had told my mum he was going on a business trip at that weekend and a few days after i made out that i had won a spa weekend for 1 but really we were going to a hotel to make love and talk.
first off we got there and i asked him if he was still having sex with my mum he said it kept getting less and less cause he was thinking about us.i told him if he likes what we did that night then he should stop having sex with my mum.
12 weeks later..we go to this hotel again and i told him i needed tot talk to him so all that weekend was was talking-i told him im PREGNANT and it is clearly his ..he was so happy but i said if you don't want to support me then you can act as if none of this happened and i will keep the baby but he stuck by me and then
2 weeks after the news ....
i have moved out of our house my mum me and the baby daddie shared and we have bought a house together. he told my mum last week that he doesn't love her anymore etc..and now we arew living together

my question
when should ii tell my mum i am pregnant?
when to tell my mum i am with he ex ?(he left her to be with me)
when to tell her he is our babbies dad.

please help thanks

    Help with what? Clearly you are already pregnant by your mother's now ex boyfriend thanks to his and your lack of control, and you both have betrayed her. I don't know what kind of help you are looking for. I wonder if you and your mom had a close relationship prior to this. If she doesn't forgive you, will it have been worth it? If the answer is yes, then you have to live with what you have done. But if he cheated on your mom with you, chances are he will find the next best thing once he gets tired of you.

      I have a friend (ex-friend?) who has been having sex with her step dad for years in her mom's bed while her mom is working two jobs to support them both.
      She got pregnant with his child and, upon the advice of her sister, she killed her child so that her mom would not find out. (everyone in the family knows except the mom)
      She is still living in her mom's house and having sex with him in her mom's bed, etc.
      So, don't say that it does not happen... sadly, it does.
      A guy friend of hers offered to buy her and her step dad a house if they would admit it and move out... but he is a bum and she will not live with him poor.
      She has refused to talk to me in a long time. Her brother says that she is depressed over the mess but he just wants to graduate college and move on, before he tells his mom.
