I think it's normal to sleep nude, i don't. But i don't see why it wouldn't be normal. But the part with your dog.. Do you think of it as a sexual thing or.. Just your dog sleeping in the bed with you? I snuggle with my puppy at night, not nude.. But i snuggle. And she keeps me warm. :) So yes, it would be normal.
