Sleep paralysis is it normal?

  • This happens to me every time i sleep because of my thyroid condition. They really aren't that bad once you get used to them. just set your alarm early so you have time to start moving. Also, being yanked off of the bed/ couch works well if you have something soft to land on and a willing helper. Just anything to snap you out of it; thrash, scream, flex. If you aren't careful, you will fall back asleep.

    • Ok. But how do you make them happen? I'm obsessed and fascinated by it. And would like to able to make it happen whenever I wanted to.
