Sleep paralysis is it normal?

  • Definitely sleep paralysis. But I have a more spiritual idea of what that is. I think it's just an evil presence, they can't hurt you though. If you research it, many people record black figures walking around, and a heaviness, as if they were sitting on them. I remember when it happened to me it was something like that.

I would try not going to bed at such a late hour, it would do wonders for you I'm sure.
The thing is when you get up and go back to sleep, I don't know what happens, but for me, the likeliness of remembering a dream is a lot higher. So if you have less interrupted sleep you are likely not to experience that again for awhile but I can't guarentee anything.

    • I am very spirtual. However, I don't believe in evil spirits or whatever. Hah! I didn't see any shadows...however, sometimes at night I'll see something just standing there. Or a huge spider. And then my mind kind of snaps out of it!

To be honest, I'm very excited now. I wouldn't mind having another sleep paralysis. To me it's fascinating. I'm going to try and stay calm and make a lucid dream out of it next time! Yes, it was scary. But so fucking exciting!!!!

        • Well, it's perfectly safe scientifically speaking. And I do find it to be natural.

          • It's only natural in the sense that it is a more common phenomena. I was just looking out for you based on my experiences.

            • Yes, it's scary. But only so because your mind makes up the strangest things! It's fun.
