  • Well honestly if it's bothering YOU then YOU should say something face to face, pull her aside politely and don't be an ass or stuck up but kindly say "I can smell it and I just want to let you know it's very obvious that you don't smoke cigarettes. Also not to be rude at all but I can smell your body scent (don't say Oder because as a girl this will be a little more upsetting to hear than scent) around the workspace (I don't know your job but in most handbooks in the dress code area every employee should be showered before their shift so that no one should have to be uncomfortable having to smell that one employees nasty smell, so try to bring that up somewhere if possible) and it's not a very refreshing scent so I don't know what your doing different to where this unpleasant smell lingers around you but I would suggest baby wipes or body spray, thanks for letting me be able to talk to you about this and once again not trying to be rude"
Emphasize not trying to be rude and do remember to thank her because of the whole fact that she is a female I personally think it's a better approach so that her feelings don't get hurt because men can be intimidating
