Same thing happened to me, but I'm a girl and I wasn't "rude" enough to say anything to him. Instead I was a bitch about it and told everyone else that he smells and everyone laughed about it, but didn't say anything about it. What I ended up doing was telling a guy that he was cool with and so he told him. Not much changed, then I went to my boss. You should tell her kindly, it's better than everyone else telling her, and it will save her from the embarrassment of hearing it from her boss. Also, you might mention the weed thing too, that way it will scare her a little bit.
