Personally I couldn't care less what the guy looked like as long as he had a great personality. Some guys over look the nice, chubby/fat girl and go straight for the attractive girl.
To be honest, I think it's pretty funny how most guys won't date fat girls, but most girls will date fat guys... Note the sarcasm.

To answer the question though, personality is the one and only factor in who I'd date, period. But if I had to lay that aside, I'd probably date someone chubby, because someone too big or too thin can be an uncomfortable fit when you're *intimate*.
