Situations have blown my mind

Hi there..
So things have been weird lately.
I had marijuana a few days ago. Things havnt been the same since then. Whenever I think something. People in the other room or other places can pick up on what im thinking..then they would say something "specifically words that I just used or said in my head" literally
Another situation would be that I would use my phone in my room, and my family in the lounge would pick up from what I would be looking at or texting to. Is this shit normal..
