    Ill be face to face with a boss at work and ill get this urge that im gonna spit in his face or punch him. Its really weird, it also causes me anxiety because I think "what if I accidentally do it"

      Lol, I've had this, or just randomly screaming at someone! It's usually when I'm nervous and trying to make a good impression.
