  • I don't think dry repartee is your thing. Stick to armchair psychiatry or join the sincerity.

    • Yay! Thanks! Back to the armchair psychiatry, then (although I'll have to buy an armchair). Why are you so scared of people knowing you (including qualified mental health experts as opposed to me who just helps train them)? What great guilty secret are you hiding? I bet it's not even that bad. You've probably just built it up in your mind to be more than it is. I await your sincere answer.

      Better? :)

      • Is it troubling that you can't fit a face or motive behind my words? Do you need to read the biography of an artist before you can reflect on their works? What does my name or age or sex have anything to do with the things I say? I don't hide those things behind my wit, everyone else hides their wit behind those things! My musings here are virgin thoughts; they are the sincerest words I've ever said.

You had me figured out before you did any figuring, dappled.
I really think you should move on to sincerity.

      • Fine, I'll bite. But I'll bite my way.

Tsk tsk! Do you teach these experts to accuse patients of being scared? That's a pretty risky jump to make. I am currently seeing a therapist, so I'm not quite sure where these presumptions are coming from, but I'll hazard a guess that it's related to the irritatingly detached manner with which I comment here.

I submit to you an idea that has yet to cross your mind - I've revealed more about myself than anyone else on this site.

        • I've been trying to be nice to you. I thought we'd got to some kind of agreement. You don't bite, I don't bite. I'll give you yet another chance. This is as far as it goes, though.

If you really want to bite, then I'm fucking sick of it and I'll bite back. Make your mind up. Do you want me biting back or not? I've taken it very easy with you. I don't have to be nice.

            • P.S. And don't ever blame me for this. It's your decision.

              • Haha what? I've heard that before. Are we about to have sex?

            • I honestly don't want to. I'd rather be nice. But if you really want it, well, it's your decision, not mine.
