He is pouring boiling or near boiling water on you. This leaves marks, evidence. You won't get laughed at.
Also, even if he somehow manages to convince the police he did nothing, it's still on file. Next time, it'll be harder for him to convince them. Also, when the police DO end up charging him, they will have the previous episodes there as further evidence / additional charges.
Stop making excuses unless you like being bashed by your brother, just do it.

He pulls the "good noodle" card every time. Im always afraid the police will laugh in my face( like my prents).
