      No one can be that deranged to lacerate a dick. Now, be aware that you can now stop trying to scare him with that assumption. OP already knows what he's getting into if he's sending those lascivious pictures.

        It was a joke .... I'm no good at even hitting anyone, let alone mutilating them. I said "someone", not that I'd do it myself!

        IF he already knows why is he asking? Seeking approval i reckon, which I'm not going to give him. I'd crack up laughing if someone sent me an unsolicited dick picture if I knew who it was, but if it was anonymous it would be extremely creepy

          What legal defense? No one threatened anyone. There is a crime called Criminal Threat, but to commit this crime you must 1st- make a threat for example, "I'm going to kill you." There can not be a condition in the threat. For example, "I'm going to kill you "if" you don't stop." "Keep showing it off like that "and" someone will cut it off." The condition was "if" and "and."
          2nd- the person receiving the threat has to believe that the threat is genuine and that the person who made the threat has the means to carry it out.

          So my point...there was no threat.
