Is it normal to take a shower twice a week? i have always heard that taking a shower all of the days is bad for your skin, it like dries it out or whatever. so, is it normal to take a shower twice a week?
I'm going to call normal-ish.
I shower prob 2-4 times a week, every other day, sometimes the 3rd day. When I feel like I need one.
I've got very thick hair that takes 45 minutes to blow dry (if I dont... fro city) and I work at a desk.
Some people are naturally more sweaty and oily than others. If you ask me it's gross if you HAVE to shower every day... I don't know whats going on with that kind of skin but it sounds gross if you sweat that much.
My brother is the same as me both in skin type and hygiene routine and he doesn't smell, so I wouldn't listen to these other more naturally smelly people.
Its normal i think. I try to shower everyday but sometimes i don t get to because i have one bathroom that i share with 3 other people. But i shower at least five times a week. But i used to only shower once a week until i started getting paranoid on how i smelled. I think as long as you aren t smelly, or dirty and your hair isnt greasy, you're fine.
it's fine as long as you don't sweat a lot or get dirty.... it depends a lot on your skin type as well. i get acne and i find i break out a lot less when i don't shower every day.
I think it is normal as I only get 2 showers a week but doesny feel gd but it's norrmal
I have one every single day because I hate waking up feeling all greasy and gay.
I think its normal dont feel bad i do the same thing sometimes. If I have a week where I dont really do much, i usually just shower 2-3 times that week.
if you dont put lotion duh its going to be dry but if you shower everyday its actually better i have like baby skin and i shower every day but i use lotion. except my hands they are little rough
You might not smell nice all the time, but I dont think its really that weird.
Just try to add more showers into your weekly routine, and dont listen to people like Amarie.
Do whatever is comfortable to your being, but take a shower when you decide to interact with other people.
