I agree that people should wear sensible clothing, but even a normal fitting tank top and shorts can be “revealing” depending on the body type, and if you live somewhere that gets 90+ degrees that would not be odd for a teenager to wear in a casual setting like Walmart.
Besides some girls develop in a way that even a big sweatshirt isn’t going to stop guys from looking. Instead of teaching her to live in fear of men and ashamed of her body, why not teach her how to defend herself from the creeps.
