Shoulder pain when i eat too much!

Whenever I am overfull my left shoulder joint HURTS. I can't find any info on it.

Is It Normal?

    There could be a nerve that gets pinched from the spinal cord that causes pain in the shoulder. But I woud have it checked by a doctor.
