If you're at a party and both of you have been drinking and you start flirting you say i want to have sex with you and she then gets on her knees and starts blowing you and says "I want you to fuck me" is that man raping her?
Is she not strong and independent enough to say "no I dont want to have sex with you"? How is it rape if she independently gets on her knees when you are both only mildly drunk?
Raping her would be more like "aw yeah man this girl doesnt know where shes at. Let me do my thing because she doesnt know whats going on."
That is different than intentionally getting someone drunk since they said no the first time. That or seeing a drunk person whos so out of it they can barely respond and try to drag them to your car or convince them to make out with them. How exactly do you find that consensual?
Should we make seminars on why you shouldn't violate drunks?
