    Not normal for sure in this day and age. There are lots of interacial marriages and relationships that a lot of people could be classed as "mixed race" with no defined racial heritage.

      He is aware of that which is why he isn't against interracial relationships.

      He believes that pure white people(whatever that means) should procreate more to try and should strive to preserve what they can of the white race.
