Honestly it's just best to teach a kid how to throw a punch or kick and bite. Better to teach them how to avoid conflict all together but that isnt a perfect strategy just to avoid danger.

They should teach the kid something like boxing, judo or something like karate

Tae Kwon Do has a lot of McDojos as it is a pretty popular martial arts, so be carefull which dojo you choose
