This is why I can't stand kids. Nobody's asking you to have them, nobodys forcing you to have them. Even accidental pregnancies can be aborted. If you decide to have a kid it's your responsibility to control it. He's only 12 and didn't know better, so the owner of that car should just suck it up and buy a new car on his own.
